We have worked on projects of substantial variations in elevation and extreme conditions throughout the world. It is this experience we are able to bring to the client a comfort level in our qualifications based upon these experiences. Site elevation always plays a role in design and climate, here are a few extremes we have seen on-site.

  • Thermal, California – low desert and heat extremes - elevation minus 500 feet
  • Skylinks, California – municipal course - elevation 10 feet
  • Mexico and China – seaside courses - elevation 10 to 25 feet
  • Coyote Hills, California – upscale public - elevation 1,000 feet
  • Casablanca, Nevada - high desert and heat extremes - elevation 1,700 feet
  • Dog Jin- So. Korea – foothills course plenty of rain - elevation 3,000 feet
  • China and New Mexico – one tropical and one high desert – elevation 4,000 feet
  • Kunming, China – near equator temperate year round - elevation 6,000 feet
  • Mammoth Lakes, California – snow up to 20 feet – elevation – 8,000 feet
